Why video beats everything else for fundraising

Video content gets 3x more engagement than photos on Instagram and TikTok. For fundraising, this matters enormously โ€” a 15-second video showing your expedition goal, your progress, and a clear call to action ("Help me get there โ€” link in bio") will reach far more people and generate far more donations than a static post.

The problem most teens face is that creating good video content feels complicated โ€” you need to film something, edit it, add music, add text overlays, and format it correctly for each platform. Creative Fabrica Studio's Ad Campaign Creator removes almost all of that complexity.

You provide a description and some images. The AI generates a complete, formatted short-form video ad โ€” ready to post on Instagram Stories, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

How to use the Ad Campaign Creator
1
Go to studio.creativefabrica.com and click AI Tools โ†’ Studio Ad Campaigns
2
Choose your platform format: Instagram Stories/Reels (9:16 vertical), TikTok (9:16 vertical), or Square (1:1 for Instagram feed). For fundraising, vertical 9:16 gets the most views.
3
Upload 2โ€“4 images to use in the video. These could be your AI-generated expedition images from Lesson 1, your fundraising poster, or any photos you have.
4
Write your campaign description. Be specific โ€” see the examples below.
5
Choose a tone: Inspiring, Urgent, Emotional, or Energetic. For fundraising, Inspiring or Emotional tend to work best.
6
Click Generate. The AI creates a short video with animated text, transitions, and music. Download it and post directly to your social media.

Expedition fundraising:
"I'm [YOUR NAME], 16 years old, and I'm raising ยฃ[TARGET] to trek to [DESTINATION] in [MONTH]. I've raised ยฃ[AMOUNT SO FAR] so far with [WEEKS] weeks to go. Every donation, no matter how small, gets me one step closer. Please help me make this happen."
๐ŸŒ
Volunteering trip:
"I'm travelling to [DESTINATION] with [ORGANISATION] to [DESCRIBE PROJECT โ€” e.g. build classrooms, work with wildlife]. I need to raise ยฃ[TARGET] to make it happen. This trip will change my life โ€” and with your help, it can change others' lives too."
๐ŸŽช
Event promotion:
"Join us for [EVENT NAME] on [DATE] at [LOCATION]. All proceeds go towards [YOUR GOAL]. There will be [DESCRIBE EVENT โ€” e.g. live music, food stalls, raffle prizes]. Tickets are [PRICE] โ€” get yours now!"

Your action: Create your first fundraising video ad

Create one video ad for your fundraising campaign using the Ad Campaign Creator. Use the images you generated in Lesson 1 and one of the campaign descriptions above adapted to your own details.

Post it to your Instagram Stories or TikTok with your JustGiving or donation link in your bio. Even if you only have a small following, this is great practice โ€” and you never know who might share it.

๐Ÿ’ก
Pro tip: Post your video ad on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 6pm and 9pm โ€” these are the highest-engagement times for fundraising content on Instagram and TikTok.
