Why social media graphics matter for fundraising
Social media is one of the most powerful fundraising tools available to you โ and it is completely free. But here is the reality: posts with strong visuals get 3โ5 times more engagement than text-only posts.
When someone shares your fundraising post, it reaches their entire network โ people who have never heard of you but might donate. Every share is free advertising. And the more professional your graphics look, the more likely people are to share them.
๐ฏ
The goal: Create a set of graphics that tell your story visually โ so that even someone who does not read the caption understands what you are raising money for and feels inspired to help.
๐
The 5 graphics every fundraiser needs
You do not need to create dozens of graphics. You need five core ones that you can use again and again throughout your campaign:
1
The Announcement Post โ "I am fundraising for [DESTINATION]! Here is why..." This is the first post you share when you launch your campaign. It needs to be eye-catching and tell your story in one image.
2
The Progress Update โ "I have raised ยฃX of my ยฃY target!" A thermometer or progress bar graphic that you update regularly. People love seeing progress โ it motivates them to push you over the line.
3
The "How to Help" Post โ A clear, simple graphic explaining the different ways people can support you (donate, share, buy a raffle ticket, use easyfundraising, etc.).
4
The Event Announcement โ When you are running a bake sale, quiz night, or sponsored event, you need a graphic to promote it. Date, time, location, what it is โ all in one image.
5
The Thank You Post โ After donations or events, a "Thank you so much!" graphic. This keeps your supporters engaged and makes them feel appreciated โ which makes them more likely to help again.

How to create them in Creative Fabrica Studio
Here is the process for creating each graphic. Once you have done the first one, the rest take about 3 minutes each.
1
Open Creative Fabrica Studio and click Studio โ New Design. Choose the right size:
โข Instagram Post: 1080 ร 1080px
โข Instagram Story / TikTok: 1080 ร 1920px
โข Facebook Post: 1200 ร 630px
2
Use the AI Image Generator to create a background image that matches the theme of that post. Use your logo from Lesson 2 as a watermark in the corner.
3
Add your text. Keep it short โ social media graphics should have no more than 10โ15 words of text. The caption is where you tell the full story.
4
Use a consistent colour scheme across all your graphics โ this is what makes your campaign look professional and recognisable. Pick 2โ3 colours and stick to them.
5
Download each graphic as a PNG. Save them in a folder on your phone so you can post them quickly when needed.
๐ฌ
Bonus: Create a short video with AI Video Generator
Video content gets significantly more reach than static images on Instagram and TikTok. Creative Fabrica Studio's AI Video Generator (SeeDance 2.0) can turn your static images into short, animated videos โ perfect for Reels and TikTok.
1
In Creative Fabrica Studio, click AI Tools โ Video Generator โ SeeDance 2.0
2
Upload one of your fundraising images (the AI-generated hero image from Lesson 2 works brilliantly)
3
Add a text prompt describing how you want it to move: "Slow cinematic pan across a mountain landscape, golden hour light, inspiring and adventurous mood"
4
Generate and download. Add your own voiceover or music in CapCut, then post to TikTok or Instagram Reels.
