Lesson 2 of 3
๐Ÿท๏ธ
Part 1: Create your campaign logo (5 minutes)

Your logo is the visual identity of your fundraising campaign. It goes on your posters, your social media, your sponsorship letters โ€” everywhere. Having a proper logo makes your campaign look serious and professional.

Here is how to create one in Creative Fabrica Studio:

1
Go to studio.creativefabrica.com and log in to your account
2
In the top navigation, click "AI Tools" then find "Logo Generator"
3
In the text box, describe your campaign. Use this template:

"A logo for a teenage fundraising campaign called [YOUR CAMPAIGN NAME]. I am raising money for [YOUR TRIP/DESTINATION]. The logo should feel adventurous, youthful, and inspiring. Use colours like [YOUR PREFERRED COLOURS]."
4
Click Generate and wait a few seconds. It will show you several logo options.
5
Choose the one you like best, then click Download. Save it as a PNG with a transparent background.
๐Ÿ’ก
Tip: Generate several batches and pick the best elements. You can also click "Edit" on any logo to change colours, fonts, or layout. Do not settle for the first result โ€” generate 3โ€“4 batches and pick your favourite.

Part 2: Generate your hero image (5 minutes)

Every great fundraising poster needs a striking image. Instead of using a stock photo that everyone has seen before, you can generate a completely unique image using AI.

Here is how:

1
In Creative Fabrica Studio, click "AI Tools" then "Image Generator" (look for NanoBanana 2 or GPT Image 2 โ€” both are excellent)
2
Describe the image you want. Here are some example prompts for different trip types:

For a trek or expedition:
"A group of enthusiastic teenagers hiking up a dramatic mountain trail at golden hour, backpacks on, smiling and determined. Cinematic photography style, warm colours, inspiring mood."

For a community project:
"Young volunteers working together on a community project, smiling and energetic, bright daylight, colourful and uplifting, photorealistic."

For an overseas adventure:
"A teenager looking out over a stunning African savannah landscape at sunset, silhouette style, dramatic orange and purple sky, sense of adventure and wonder."
3
Click Generate and pick the best result. Download it at the highest resolution available.
๐Ÿ“„
Part 3: Build your poster in the Studio Designer (5 minutes)

Now you have your logo and your hero image. Time to put them together into a proper poster.

1
In Creative Fabrica Studio, click "Studio" (the main design tool). Click "New Design" and choose A4 Portrait for a printable poster, or Instagram Post (1080ร—1080) for social media.
2
Upload your hero image as the background. Click Uploads โ†’ Upload Image โ†’ drag your image onto the canvas.
3
Add a semi-transparent dark overlay so your text is readable. Click Elements โ†’ add a rectangle โ†’ set it to black with 40โ€“50% opacity โ†’ stretch it to cover the image.
4
Add your text. Your poster needs:
โ€ข Your name or campaign name (big, bold, at the top)
โ€ข What you are raising money for (one clear sentence)
โ€ข Your fundraising target
โ€ข How people can donate or help (website, QR code, or contact details)
5
Upload your logo and place it in the corner. Download your finished poster as a high-resolution PDF (for printing) or PNG (for sharing online).
๐Ÿ†
You now have a professional fundraising poster โ€” created entirely for free using AI. This would have cost ยฃ50โ€“ยฃ100 to commission from a designer. You just did it in 15 minutes.
