Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ways2Raise website (ways2raise.co.uk) or creating an account. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Ways2Raise is a trading name of Ways2Raise Ltd, registered in England and Wales. References to "Ways2Raise", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Ways2Raise Ltd.
Ways2Raise is designed for use by teenagers and young people in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, you confirm that:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with anyone else. Ways2Raise membership is personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe are being shared or used in breach of these terms.
Free membership is available to all users and provides access to the Fundraising Idea Library, How-To Guides, Skills Lab, and Fundraising Dashboard at no charge.
The Pro account costs £24.99 and provides 12 months of access to all premium features including the Grant Finder Database, Fundraising Toolkit, downloadable templates, the Sponsorship Letter Builder, Bingo Night Caller, Scratch Cards, and the Parent Lounge (including legal guides and PLI advice). The Pro account is a one-off payment — there is no auto-renewal.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Because Ways2Raise Pro gives you immediate access to all digital content, resources, and tools upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once your membership has been activated. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed services. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please contact us at contact@ways2raise.co.uk.
You agree not to use Ways2Raise to:
All content on Ways2Raise — including text, images, guides, templates, and the Fundraising Dashboard — is owned by Ways2Raise Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Ways2Raise contains links to third-party websites and services, including affiliate links (such as EasyFundraising, JustGiving, Canva, and Vinted). We may earn a commission when you sign up or make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend services we genuinely believe will help you fundraise.
The fundraising ideas, guides, and grant information on Ways2Raise are provided for informational purposes only. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Grant availability, eligibility criteria, and amounts may change. Always verify grant information directly with the awarding organisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ways2Raise Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Ways2Raise after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
